Stir Fry Noodles
A very simple stir fry!
Ingredients
+ Hokkien noodles
+ Onions (sliced)
+ Chilli oil
+ Garlic paste
+ Eggs
+ Oyster sauce (1 tbls)
+ Sweet soy sauce/ Kecap manis (1 tbls)
+ Salt and white pepper to taste
+ Vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, broccoli, cauliflower etc)
+ Chicken (or seafood, sausages, beef, fish ball, fish cake etc)
Method
- Pre-heat pan/wok and add the oil to fry the onions, chicken.
- Then saute your garlic along with the vegetables.
- Make a hole in the middle and add your egg. Make sure to keep stirring your eggs until they become like scramble eggs.
- Add oyster and sweet soy sauce, white pepper
- Salt to taste
- Continuously mix them for a few minutes and serve

A very old man at the age of eighty was resting and contemplating in a small corner of his room when suddenly the silence was broken with the entrance of his 45 year old son who had come to visit his father, as father and son got into deep conversation about his sons wife and children, how his coping with his job and his financial wellbeing…
A deep silence fell into the room, just about when the 45 year old son was about to leave, a crow landed on the window ledge right where they both were seated, as the old man stared at the crow he smiled and after a while he asked his son:
“What is this son?”
