This post is in: Chicken, Recipes for Mum
This is my all time favourite dish! I can eat it everyday and go fat, no, not fat - OBESE! Yes, this is a fatty Malaysian dish, very high in cholesterol so I would only serve it once in a while.
In english its called spicy chicken in coconut gravy. Depending on your tastebuds, you can add more or less chillies if you wish InshaAllah.

+ 5 Kaffir lime leaves
+ 1 tin coconut milk

To blend until fine:

+ 7 Candlenuts
+ 2 Red onions
+ 5 Clove garlic
+ 4cm Ginger
+ 2 tspn Turmeric powder
+ 5-8 Cili padi (small red chillies-warning: they are very spicy)
Method

- Heat up oil and fry the marinated chicken thigh. Only fry till it is half cook and leave aside to cool.
