Potato and meat patty (dumplings).
Eat it as an entrée or with your main meal! They are so yummy mashaAllah.
Ingredients
+ 6 Potatoes (cut)
+ Beef minced 200gram
+ Spring onions (thinly sliced)
+ Chilli powder
+ 1 Red onion (thinly diced)
+ 1 Clove garlic
+ Fried onions
+ 2 Eggs
+ Salt
Method
- Heat up oil and fry your potatoes. And then mash them.
- Sauté the onions, garlic and beef minced with a little salt.
- Once fried, put the beef mince and mashed potatoes in a medium sized bowl, then add spring onions, fried onions, chilli powder, salt and 1 egg. Stir well.
- Break the other egg and mix it in a small bowl.
- With the patties, make them into small/thin balls and dip it into the egg mixture.
- Fry your patty for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
