Chicken Rice

Ingredients

Rice

3 cups chicken stock (from the boiled chicken)
1 cube chicken broth (broken into pieces)
3 cups rice

Method: Boil rice with the chicken stock water and chicken broth cube in a rice cooker until cooked.

Soup

1kg whole chicken (cut into small pieces)
2 clove garlic
1 tablespoon vegetable stock (I use vegeta)
1teaspoon black pepper
pinch of salt

Method:  Saute garlic with a bit of oil and then pour 8 cups water. When boiling, add all the chicken pieces. Then add veg stock, salt and black pepper.

Grilled Chicken

Method:  Take out chicken from the boiled soup and marinate with some garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce and some chilli powder. Leave marinated for 30 minutes. Then put it under the grill for 15 minutes (turning both sides)

*Best served with some cut tomatoes, lettuce and cucumber (sliced). Served with boiling hot soup that is garnish with some dry shallots and/or spring onions.
